RETURN POLICY
If you’re not in love with your Laguna Society purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 15 days of receiving your delivery (unless otherwise stated upon purchasing). We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 15 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn and unwashed. This is just applicable to shapewear. For food items, we do not accept returns but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, shoot us an email and let us know.
Please note, we cannot refund the delivery/shipping cost, and that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
How do I ship my order back to you?
In order to start a return, please email hello@lagunasociety.com with your order number and shipping zip code on the subject line.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
